Wedding Party
Ryan and Lauren may have met during their time at Villanova ('02-'06), but they have asked people who have known them FAR longer to celebrate with them at the altar on their wedding day.
Tara Delaney is Lauren's older sister. Tara has dealt with being followed around by her younger sister through most of her life - including grade school and high school in Michigan, and yes - college. Both Villanova graduates, Lauren and Tara have been through thick and thin. Tara was married on Fire Island, New York to her husband, Don Delaney. Lauren's favorite couple recently welcomed a baby girl, Eila Chelsea Delaney, born March 10, 2011. Lauren couldn't be happier to have Tara by her side on wedding day.
Bridesmaid: Rory Siefer (Groom's Sister)Rory Siefer is Ryan's older sister. Ryan, too, followed Rory around their home in Dallas, Texas, and as a newborn he could often be found playing with his big sister after she had pulled his blanket into her room. Rory is exceptionally thoughtful and creative, as evidenced by the founding of her business and her career as a personal historian. Rory has already made a huge impression on this wedding by photographing Ryan and Lauren for their "Save the Date." Rory and her husband Jeremy enjoy spending time outdoors riding the waves of Okoboji, and playing frisbee golf near their home in San Antonio, Texas. Also, be sure to ask Rory about her affection for "burpees."
Lauren has known Katie since pre-school, when the two attended Pembroke Elementary School in Birmingham, Michigan, where they played barbies everyday. The two have survived many phases of life together - including St. Hugo, Marian High School, college in Indiana and Pennsylvania, and working in Chicago/New York (Katie) and Philadelphia/Washington, DC (Lauren). The two have photos together from their first day of first grade (clad in matching Esprit bags, snow white reebok tennis shoes, and St. Hugo plaid) all the way up to Lauren's most recent visit to New York for Katie's birthday in February. Katie will be tying the knot in August in Michigan to Brian Donohoe - a personal favorite of Lauren's (oh - and Katie's).

Ryan and Ian have been friends since they met in Dallas during high school. Their friendship has lasted through college on opposite coasts and now a Big East (Notre Dame v. Villanova) rivalry as Ian works towards his MBA. Ian is an avid runner with a dry sense of humor, and enjoys the finer things in life. Some of Ryan and Ian's greatest memories include changing a flat tire on the way back from a golf weekend in rural Texas, sharing tall tales of calf roping prowess, and taking on their first triathlon together in 2007.
Adam is Lauren's older brother. A lawyer in New York City, Adam is a wildcat - but not of the Villanova kind - he attended Northwestern University in Chicago. Adam and Lauren share more than a few traits - including sleeping in, a passion for good wine and food, and solid Anchorman quotes. Lauren has always looked up to Adam - and not just because he's taller. Ryan can often be found trying to copy Adam's sharp sense of style.
Ryan and Nate became friends during their collective coup for an apartment on campus during their Junior year at Villanova. Their friendship has taken them from post-Hurricane Katrina New Orleans to Austin & Minneapolis for Villanova basketball, and finally to the Bala Palace with fellow APT (you'll have to ask them) members Brian and Chris. Nate is now officially Dr. Nate and has more than earned the title through years of study as an Undergrad and while at Temple Medical School.
